2025 Reflections
Tim and Kim Martz (and some of our men) led us in reflections of 2025, the awesome messages we heard, and some of the things God did this past year.
The Beacon has been seeing a lot of remodeling, but the physical changes are just symbolic of the way that God is building and renovating us from within ourselves.
The center of our ministry is our Men. They are charged with keeping God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and the Word (Bible) at the center of everything we do at River’s Edge. We are blessed with such an amazing group of dedicated men who hold each other accountable and build our body up - all in the name of Christ.
We can’t wait to see what God does in 2026.

1 Timothy 4:12
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
John 14:15-17
“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. You know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

Romans 8:26-39

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.
James 1:5-6

Colossians 3:12-17

Isaiah 40:28-31
[28] Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. [29] He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. [30] Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; [31] but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
